PayVips provides digital products and subscription-based services, including:

• Subscription-based access to our private community for ongoing guidance, peer feedback, and direct support.
• Consulting services for creators seeking hands-on, done-for-you support with specific operational, marketing, or growth challenges.

All services are delivered digitally. Course content and community access are made available through our digital platforms after payment is confirmed.

3. Nature of Content

Content provided by PayVips is informational and educational in nature. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or specialized advice of any kind. Users are solely responsible for their own business decisions and operations.

4. Payments

Any transactions related to our services are processed exclusively through licensed third-party payment service providers, under their own terms and conditions.

PayVips does not store or process payment card data, and does not provide banking, brokerage, custody, or intermediation services of any kind.

5. Refund Policy

PayVips offers digital products and subscription-based services. The following refund policy applies:

5.1. Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that the digital service, course, or membership has not been substantially used or consumed.

5.2. Eligible Cases

Refunds are eligible in the following cases:

• Technical issues that prevented access to the purchased service.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Service significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.

5.3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Courses or content already substantially consumed.
• Subscription periods already actively used.
• Consulting sessions already delivered.
• Requests submitted after the 14-day window.
• Charges resulting from violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

5.4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted by email to admision@payvips.com including: order ID, payment method used, and reason. We respond within five (5) business days.

5.5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 5 to 15 business days to appear on the customer's statement.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to use the website and services in a manner consistent with applicable laws and platform policies. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in restriction or termination of access and services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, courses, and digital resources provided by PayVips are the intellectual property of PayVips Group LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
